I need a moment. Reegan sprouted the tip of her first tooth this week, and I’m just not ready. I thought we had at least 2 more months of that gummy grin, but it turns out, Reegs is ahead of the game. (I can feel the second one coming soon.) I do have to admit that I had a feeling this moment was coming. The drool was becoming uncontrollable, and our sleeping situation is a train-wreck. So, in preparation for this moment, and in an effort to protect her super cute clothing from being soaked 10x a day, I reached out to Ollie & Tate.
Until yesterday, I had never ordered from SheIn, BUT I’ve frequented their site so so many times. The low prices and cute clothes just suck you in, not to mention every blogger sports their swag. I just couldn’t bring myself to click confirm. But yesterday… I did. And I’m pumped.
Mom life has thrusted my style life down to basically zero and it kills me. I’m almost back to my pre-pregnancy size, but not really, and now I have these boobs to deal with. Making a good 80% of my wardrobe useless. I’m not in the market to spend a million dollars on a new closet, but I wanted a few pieces that make me feel cute and fresh. Plus, I love a box of clothing arriving.
I loved my baby shower(s) and will start by saying that every gift came in mega handy. But there are a few things that I didn’t know I couldn’t live without. AND of course, I asked my Facebook tribe what their favorite baby shower gifts or products were. The answers are listed below!! Let me know if I left anything out!
If you follow me on Snapchat, you know that Reegs has made her way into our bed. Once again co-sleeping was a “When I have kids, I’ll never…” (*Remind me to never say never again.) It started with mornings. After the 5am feeding I would wave the white flag and pull her in for cuddles, and max sleep efforts. Then family visited and the air mattress took over her room. Then she started rolling, and getting her arm stuck under her. So, after going in every 5 minutes, I once again surrendered. Last week she started putting her arms and legs through the crib slats, and we decided that until her crib bumper arrives (island life over here!) co-sleeping it is. The cuddle bug is in all her glory.
