Halloween is just around the corner, and you’re probably looking for a last-minute costume for your child. Well, look no further than this blog post! This blog post includes instructions on how to make an easy Minnie Mouse costume as well as an easy Daisy Duck costume. Both costumes are appropriate for toddlers and can be completed ordered off Amazon Prime!
Fun Fact: I despise bagged costumes. Hear me out. A bagged costume is a bagged costume. You can’t use it for anything else. You can’t repurpose pieces. It’s just money for that one night. When I put together Halloween costumes, I come at it as a wardrobe stylist. Not everyone feels this passionate about Halloween, I get it. That’s why I share it!
I look for pieces that can be repurposed or worn day-to-day. With these costumes, I can repurpose the dress to be I Love Lucy or a play dress. For Daisy Duck, the onesie and shoes are so sweet!
Everything you need for an EASY Minnie Mouse & Daisy Duck costume!
Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is a staple in our household and with a 2.5-year-old, picking out Halloween costumes switched between Skye (Paw Patrol) and Minnie Mouse. I broke down the costume idea into pieces and headed to the internet. Saving you all the googling!
Here is what you need for each costume piece by piece…
The video below shows you the quality of each piece!
Daisy Duck Costume Pieces
Pink Shoes | Lavender Onesie | White Tutu | Duck Pacifier | Pink Bow
A FEW NOTES:
*The Pink Shoes are so cute and have rubber patches for no-slip on the bottom.
*The Lavender Onesie is EVERYTHING. I would definitely order from them again. Such a great price and so sweet.
*I will never get over the Duck Pacifier. Ever, It’s the best money ever spent.
*The Pink Bow is fantastic! It is great quality and transitional. It actually has an alligator clip on it and a headband. The headband is so soft too. These are fantastic and I can use it for Reegan or Julia!
Minnie Mouse Costume Pieces
Minnie Mouse Dress | Sequin Ears | Shoes | White Gloves
A FEW NOTES:
*The Dress is great for the price. It runs a little big. Reegan is a tall 3T so I opted for the 3/4 but she has room to grow. The fabric is really soft. I’m thinking of throwing a tutu under it for fluff.
* I’ve had these Ears since before I’ve had kids.
I hope this blog post helps you get an easy Minnie Mouse or Daisy Duck costume for your toddler!!
