Easy kale Chips Toddlers LOVE in 15 Minutes

I mean. Even Beyonce is a member of the School of Kale. Trying to get healthy snacks in these kids can feel like a joke. So J and I wondered if we could make our own easy Kale Chips, and swap a bowl of popcorn for a sneaky salad.

It was SO easy! 

How to Make EASY Kale Chips | 15 Minutes

It’s the perfect snack for the kids after school. Reegan will eat 3 little bowls of kale chips! #MomWin

Here’s ALL you have to do:

Rinse, dry, and break up your kale into chip sizes. 

Place your kale in a bowl and drizzle it with Olive Oil

Season your chips with the salt of your choice. (We made two batches.) 

Spread your kale out on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. 

Bake in the oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

This has been such a great snack to have in the house. When I wander into the kitchen to grab a handful of Chicago Mix popcorn, I’ve been turning and grabbing kale instead. Health for the win!
