Ingredients

Boxed Brownies of choice with listed ingredients (ours was 2 eggs, oil, and water)

chunky or creamy peanut butter
1/2
cup
butter (softened)

cups
powdered sugar

tsp
vanilla extract
1
cup
water
Cooking Spray
Instructions
Making The Peanut Butter Filling
Combine ingredients in a large bowl; Mix well
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Roll Quarter-sized balls and place them on the line baking sheet
Freeze for at least 30 minutes
Making the Peanut Butter Brownie Bites
Mix Brownie Mix according to box in medium bowl
Spray
egg bite silicone tray
with cooking spray
Fill the silicone cups 25% of the way with mixed
raw
brownie batter
Place frozen peanut butter balls individually in the cups
Cover the peanut butter balls with more brownie mix, filling the silicone cups 75% of the way. Allowing for baking space.
Cover the silicone tray loosely in tin foil
Place the trivet in your Instant Pot with 1 cup of water
Place filled silicone container on the trivet
Close and seal the Instant Pot top
Press Pressure Cook/Manual for
22 minutes on high.
Allow Instant Pot to
naturally release for 10 minutes
Quick Release the Instant Pot and carefully remove the silicone tray from the trivet/Instant Pot
Allow to
FULLY cool in silicone tray
Once fully cooled, flip the silicone tray upside down on to a plate and gently pop out the Peanut Butter Brownie Bite Bombs
